English Translation:

     Anyone who touches a dead body, a soul of man who has died, and will not purify himself - he has defiled the Tabernacle of the L-rd and he shall be cut off from Isra’el, for the water of impurity has not been sprinkled on him. He shall be impure; his impurity is still on him.
